About This Course

Google Meet and Communications Setup (FELLOW102) is required by all Fellows during their StartUp Training and typically takes about 1.5 hours to complete. This course provides an introduction to the fundamentals of Google Meet, as well as how to set up communications like a virtual avatar, email signature, and voicemail greeting. You will also learn about regularly scheduled Fellow meetings and what to do if you need to be Out-of-Service for vacation or sick leave. You will complete a series of quizzes and 4 exercises. Your evaluation will be based upon your acquired knowledge as well as your effectiveness at reading comprehension, time management, and problem solving.

Course Objectives

Fellows will understand 1. the fundamentals of Google Meet 2. how to setup communications for virtual and remote work 3. how to complete the Out-of-Service process for vacation and sick leave.
