About This Course

Local Search Marketing Part II: Reviews (FELLOW109) is required by all Fellows during their StartUp Training and typically takes about 2.5 hours to complete. This course provides best practice fundamentals for managing, responding, and acquiring review, as well as coaching clients on review strategies. You will complete a series of quizzes and one related exercises. Your evaluation will be based upon your acquired knowledge as well as your effectiveness at reading comprehension, time management, and problem solving.

Course Objectives

Fellows will understand 1. how reviews are integrated with search 2. how to coach clients on local listing reviews 3. how to coach clients on a review strategy and best practices.

Requirements

Introduction to Google Business Profile (FELLOW108) is a prerequisite for this course.
