About This Course
Response to COVID-19 (FELLOWc199) is required by all Fellows who need to lead a client through the COVID-19 Wellness and Business Continuity Check. This course typically takes about 2 hours to complete. You will complete a series of quizzes and one role playing exercise. Your evaluation will be based upon your acquired knowledge, as well as your effectiveness at reading comprehension, time management, and problem solving.
Course Objectives
Fellows will understand 1. how small businesses have been impacted by COVID-19, 2. what a Business Continuity Plan is and how it could be helpful to clients, 3. how to lead a client through the COVID-19 Wellness and Business Continuity Check.Requirements
