About This Course
Fellowship Communication Fundamentals (FELLOW114) is required by all Fellows during their StartUp Training and typically takes about 2 hours to complete. This course provides training on best practices for verbal and written communication and how to build upon these abilities to support a diverse set of clients. You will complete a series of quizzes, and your evaluation will be based upon your acquired knowledge, as well as your effectiveness at reading comprehension, time management, and problem solving.
Course Objectives
Fellows will understand 1. what makes communication effective 2. strategies for note taking 3. email best practices 4. verbal communication best practices, including business jargon.Requirements
Introduction to Client Meetings (FELLOW113) is a prerequisite for this course.
