About This Course
i-HELP Fellow Onboarding (FELLOWa900) is required by all i-HELP Fellows during their StartUp Training and typically takes about 8.5 hours to complete. In this course, i-HELP Fellows will have a foundational understanding of their day-to-day duties as a Peake Fellow supporting i-HELP Community Navigators. You will complete a series of quizzes and StartUp actions. Your evaluation will be based upon your acquired knowledge as well as your effectiveness at reading comprehension, time management, and problem solving.
Course Objectives
i-HELP Fellows will 1. understand what the Peake Fellowship is and its values; 2. have successfully set up their Peake Google Workspace account and understand the basics; 3. understand how to be a positive role model for Community Navigators; 4. be able to effectively oversee Community Navigator attendance; 5. be able to effectively communicate with Community Navigators and coach them to communicate with MBEs/clients.Requirements
