About This Course

Introduction to Business Operations (FELLOWc101) is required by all Fellows coaching clients on an Operations Business Track objective. This course covers the fundamentals of business operations and value chain relationships. This course takes about 3 hours to complete. You will complete a series of quizzes. Your evaluation will be based upon your acquired knowledge, as well as your effectiveness at reading comprehension, time management, and problem solving.

Course Objectives

Fellows will understand 1) what business operations are, their forms, and how they impact all facets of a business 2) how a business is legally established and implications for liability 3) how business operations are connected through technology, people, customers, as well as in value chain relationships.

Requirements

Defining the Client Service Plan (FELLOW115) is a prerequisite for this course.
