Conducting Interview 2 and the Community Connection Role Play with Fellowship Candidates (STAFF202) is required by all Support Team Members who need to become qualified to serve as Interviewer 2 in the Applicant through Fellow Alum Lifecycle. Support Team Members will learn about the Venly Fellowship application process, how to conduct Interview 2 and the Community Connection Role Play, as well as how to make outcome assessments. This course typically takes 4 hours to complete. You will complete a series of quizzes and 1 exercise, and your evaluation will be based upon your acquired knowledge, as well as your effectiveness at reading comprehension, time management, and problem solving.

Course Objectives

Support Team Members will understand 1. what the Applicant through Fellow Alum Lifecycle is and how an Applicant applies for the Venly Fellowship; 2. what the Interviewer 2 role is and why it is important to Interview 2; 3. how to prepare for and conduct Interview 2 and the Community Connection Role Play; 4. how to assess Fellowship Candidates after Interview 2.

Requirements

Conducting Interview 1 with Fellowship Candidates (STAFF201) is a prerequisite for this course.
