About This Course

Defining the Client Service Plan (FELLOW115) is required by all Fellows during their StartUp Training and takes about 4 hours to complete. It is the final course in StartUp Training. You will complete a series of quizzes, 1 interactive case example, and 2 exercises. Your evaluation will be based upon your acquired knowledge as well as your effectiveness at reading comprehension, time management, and problem solving.

Course Objectives

Fellows will understand 1. how to plan meetings and formulate a strategy for clients using the Client Service Plan 2. how to handle unanticipated client requests and issues 3. how to deliver a Client Meeting.

Requirements

Fellowship Communication Fundamentals (FELLOW114) is a prerequisite for this course.
