About This Course
Introduction to Add-On Services (FELLOW200) is required by all Fellows who will be providing an Add-On Service, or who are working with clients on advanced specialized topics. This training provides an overview on Add-On Service policies and how to specialize in one of the four Business Tracks. You will complete quizzes to ensure your understanding.
Course Objectives
Fellows will understand 1. the policies of Add-On Services as well as 2. when/how those types of advanced specialized topics can be started with a client.Requirements
Defining the Client Service Plan (FELLOW115) is a prerequisite for this course.
