About This Course
Client Retention Strategies and Client Graduation (FELLOW201) is required by all Fellows during Fellowship and takes about 3 hours to complete. In this course, you will learn how to identify Get Well and at-risk clients so that you can support their enrollment in a Peake Fellowship service. You will complete a series of quizzes and 2 interactive case example exercises. Your evaluation will be based upon your acquired knowledge as well as your effectiveness at reading comprehension, time management, and problem solving.

Defining the Client Service Plan (FELLOW115) is a prerequisite for this course.
