About This Course
Writing Resumes and Cover Letters (FELLOWa902) is required by all Fellows as part of meeting their Fellowship Journey requirements in their Impact Log for Career Outreach. This course provides foundations training on writing and formatting resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profile summaries. It the third of 4 Post-Fellowship coaching courses. You will complete a series of quizzes and 3 exercises. Your evaluation will be based upon your acquired knowledge, as well as your effectiveness at reading comprehension, time management, and problem solving.
Course Objectives
Fellows will understand 1) how to effectively write, format, and customize a resume 2) how to effectively write, format, and customize a cover letter 3) how to update a LinkedIn profile to include a professional summary.Requirements
Networking, Recruiters, and Informational Interviews (FELLOWa901) is a prerequisite for this course.
