About This Course
Operations Assessment (FELLOWc106) is required by all Fellows who need to support their clients through an Operations Assessment and Operations Score. This course takes about 3 hours to complete. This course provides training on coaching and supporting clients in self-assessing their use of (cloud-based) software to support operational efficiencies, business continuity, and compliance. You will complete a series of quizzes and one related exercise. Your evaluation will be based upon your acquired knowledge, as well as your effectiveness at reading comprehension, time management, and problem solving.
Course Objectives
Fellows will understand 1) what cloud-based software is and why it is important for small and local business operations 2) what an Operations Assessment is and how to lead and support a client through one 3) what the Operations Score is and how to generate one for a client.Requirements
Introduction to Business Operations (FELLOWc101) is a prerequisite for this course.
