About This Course
Business Impact Analysis and Risk Assessment (FELLOWc202) is required by all Fellows who need to support their clients through a Business Impact Analysis and All Asset Relative Risk Assessment. This course takes about 1.5 hours to complete. This course provides training on coaching and supporting clients through the completion of business impact analysis and risk assessment as part of completing their FEMA Business Continuity Plan Assessment. You will complete a series of quizzes and 1 exercise. Your evaluation will be based upon your acquired knowledge, as well as your effectiveness at reading comprehension, time management, and problem solving.
Course Objectives
Fellows will understand 1) what a business impact analysis is and why it is important for clients 2) what risk assessment is and why it is important for clients 30 how to lead and support a client through the Business Impact Analysis and All Asset Relative Risk Assessment.Requirements
