About This Course

Introduction to Google Business Profile Co-Led Assessments (NAV102) is required by all Summer Cohort Community Navigators meeting with business owners on Google Business Profile recommendations in an initial assessment meeting. This course typically takes about 3 hours to complete. In it, you will learn the fundamentals of initial assessment meetings, Google Business Profile mechanics, and how to help business owners optimize their Google Business Profile. You will complete a series of quizzes, and your evaluation will be based upon your acquired knowledge as well as your effectiveness at reading comprehension, time management, and problem solving.

Course Objectives

Community Navigators will understand 1) the fundamentals of initial assessment meetings and what value business owners get from them 2) a deeper understanding of Google Business Profile and search optimization mechanics 3) how to help business owners optimize their Google Business Profile with the the Community Navigator Google Business Profile Recommendations Template.

Requirements

Introduction to i-HELP and Google Workspace (NAV201) is a prerequisite for this course.
